Support for documentary regularization of companies Responsibilities: Map and monitor contracts to ensure comprehensive knowledge and tracking of all contracts managed by Via Cristais; Analyze and monitor third-party measurements from contract award through service completion, ensuring compliance with scope, deadlines, and contractual costs; Assist in contract management by monitoring physical and financial progress via Measurement Bulletins; Verify calculations and record amounts related to contractual retention guarantees, discounts for advances, application of penalties, and deductions; Review calculations for eligibility under the REIDI tax incentive program, in accordance with current legislation; Monitor payments made under direct billing; Analyze, validate, and register invoices, debit notes, bills, and bank slips based on Measurement Bulletins; Assist in controlling, organizing, and safeguarding contractual guarantees and insurance policies; Support collection efforts and monitoring of labor and social security documentation regularization for contracted companies.
