Job Summary: The professional will provide information and support to customers and suppliers, track orders, prepare quotations, and assist in organizing administrative and commercial tasks. Development in a dynamic environment focused on e-commerce **Responsibilities:** * Provide information about products and services, clarify doubts, and ensure effective communication with customers and suppliers. * Track purchase orders, monitoring delivery deadlines and product status. * Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and documents related to the sales process. * Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, updating reports, and managing data in the system. * Monitor product inventory and collaborate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of items. * Support market research, identifying business opportunities and helping improve commercial strategy. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate-level Excel. * Basic knowledge of the sales process, from prospecting to closing. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Experience with Marketplaces and E\-commerce * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity and ability to meet deadlines. * Familiarity with CRM tools or company-used communication platforms. * Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with diverse customer profiles. **Benefits** * Unimed health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Shuttle service or transportation allowance (VT) * Araújo Pharmacy discount program * Training for all employees (University Benefit) Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.554,00 \- R$3\.090,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Microsoft Excel (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
