ABOUT THE POSITION: Your typical day will include: * Office management, representing the company in interactions with suppliers, clients, building management, and regulatory inspections, among others; * High-performance public service; * Technical grounding in company processes to advise clients and support decision-making; * Ensuring the best and easiest customer experience through service delivery and guidance on company processes; * Active participation in projects, including collaboration with other departments and related activities; * Representing the company at Support Points (providing guidance and information) via in-person and online meetings; * Document analysis; * Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators; * Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures within the Vice Presidency. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); * Minimum 3 years of professional experience. We are looking for someone who possesses: * Strong interpersonal skills; * Organization, self-discipline, and planning ability; * Proactivity, adaptability, and flexibility; * Emotional intelligence; * Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills. Preferred qualifications include: * Numerical and data proficiency, project management, process mapping, and process improvement; * Power BI; * English language proficiency; * Knowledge of the insurance market. This position is fully on-site, based in Belo Horizonte.
