




Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing meals, ensuring quality, hygiene, and presentation under nutritional supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare meals and monitor the cooking process (vegetables, greens, meats, salads, and fruits); * Prepare food under the supervision of a nutritionist to ensure quality, hygiene, flavor, aroma, and presentation of the meal to be served; * Inspect the sanitation of equipment and utensils; * Assist in requisitioning materials required for food preparation; * Check the condition of ingredients, maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed elementary education; * Experience in this role; * Availability to work from 7:00 AM to 3:25 PM, with alternating Saturdays and Sundays; * Easy access to the Califórnia neighborhood/BH.
