If you are seeking a company with a highly specialized team, an excellent organizational climate, and a partner in maximizing client results, we are ready to accompany\-you on this journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * \- Perform technical pruning on trees, shrubs, hedges, and ornamental plants, ensuring species development and health. * \- Carry out weeding, cleaning, and preparation of flower beds, correcting soil conditions and preparing spaces appropriately for planting and maintenance. * \- Plant seedlings and apply fertilizers, soil amendments, and other necessary inputs for plant development. * \- Identify and treat pests and diseases using appropriate techniques and following safety guidelines. * \- Operate and perform basic maintenance on gardening tools and equipment (e.g., brush cutters, leaf blowers, lawn mowers, etc.). * \- Implement landscaping projects, assist in selecting plant species, and organize green spaces aesthetically. * \- Supervise and guide Gardening Assistants in departmental activities, providing instructions and ensuring proper task execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Incomplete elementary education. **Desired Knowledge:** * Not required.
