### **JUNIOR SUPPORT TECHNICIAN — Contagem/MG** Av. Babita Camargos, Cidade Industrial \- 12x36 \| 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM **About the position** Positivo S\+ is seeking a Junior Support Technician to provide on-site technical support at a hospital unit in the Belo Horizonte/MG region. The professional will be responsible for handling Level 1 and Level 2 service requests, ensuring the availability and performance of the client’s technological resources in compliance with established SLAs. **Responsibilities and activities** * Receive and log Level 1 and Level 2 service requests via ITSM system * Provide on-site and remote support to end users * Install, configure, and maintain hardware (desktops, notebooks, printers, peripherals) and software * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues * Perform preventive maintenance on equipment * Escalate unresolved service requests to the responsible resolution team * Occasionally cover other units within the network (travel expenses covered by the company) **Mandatory requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in Help Desk or Service Center (on-site or remote) * Knowledge of hardware assembly and configuration * Windows and Linux operating systems * Intermediate Microsoft Office suite proficiency * Availability for 12x36 shift schedule * Availability for travel between units **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with IT asset inventory * Experience working in a hospital environment **Behavioral profile** * Proactive, organized, and possessing strong verbal communication skills * Emotional balance to handle high-pressure situations * Flexibility and adaptability to new environments * Collaborative mindset and willingness for continuous learning **CLT Contract \+ Benefits:** * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Transportation Voucher * Medical and Dental Plans * Life Insurance * Discount Club * Access to Wellhub (gyms) and Mente Tranquila * Discounts on Positivo products * Discounts at partner stores If you match the proactive profile we seek and wish to join the Positivo S\+ team, **apply now**!
