Development in a dynamic and agile environment **Junior E\-Commerce Analyst** **Responsibilities:** Assist in generating operational reports and monitoring KPIs Customer service and after-sales support Verification of offers (price/stock) Order and delivery management Reporting platform errors/bugs Customer follow\-up and continuous improvement **Requirements:** Basic knowledge of e\-commerce platforms and/or digital marketing; Completed undergraduate degree; Intermediate Excel skills; Strong communication and organizational skills; Efficiency in daily tasks and sense of urgency.
