Job Summary: Serhum RH is seeking a proactive Printer Technician for installation, maintenance, and technical support of equipment in a challenging environment with growth opportunities. Maintenance, installation, and technical support for printers and PCs **\*\*Open Position:** Resident Technician at Serhum RH\*\* Serhum RH is looking for a qualified and dedicated professional to fill the Printer Technician position on our expanding team. Our work environment is challenging, rewarding, and full of growth opportunities. **\*\*Responsibilities:** \*\* 1\. Installation, maintenance, and repair of printers and related equipment. 2\. Diagnosis and resolution of issues related to printers and printing systems. 3\. Provision of technical support to users, both on-site and remotely. 4\. Management of inventory for printer parts and consumables. 5\. Maintenance of records and reports of technical activities. **\*\*Requirements:** \*\* **Activities:** Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, installation of printers, multifunction devices, notebooks, and computers at client sites; for printers and/or multifunction devices, provide technical support for low- and medium-volume black-and-white and color equipment; for desktops and notebooks of low-to-medium complexity, perform diagnostics using manufacturer-provided tools. **Required:** Completed technical education or currently pursuing a higher education degree.
