




Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and proactive professional to work in logistics and customer service for a distributor of medical-hospital products. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic support within a specialized company **WE ARE A SPECIALIZED COMPANY IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF MEDICAL-HOSPITAL PRODUCTS – located in Belo Horizonte / BH** We seek candidates with an analytical profile, a high level of organization and focused attention, proactivity, interpersonal communication skills, knowledge of logistics activities and controls, and proficiency in customer and supplier relationship management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register received materials in the corporate system; * Assist in the receiving, warehousing, and dispatching of products; * Monitor warehouse space planning and internal stock organization; * Conduct periodic inventories of internally stored products; * Monitor consignment stock at customer locations; * Deliver products to customers; * Respond to emails addressing customer inquiries and concerns; * Track deliveries and pickups through communication with drivers; * Assist in planning and route optimization according to demand; * Support the issuance of invoices and release of delivery orders; * Support customer service by clarifying delivery-related matters. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Experience in Logistics; * Experience in Customer Service; * Knowledge of SAP; * Knowledge of route planning; * Valid driver’s license preferred; * Proficiency in MS Office suite, with emphasis on Excel. **Additional Information** * We offer: * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance.
