Job Summary: This professional will work at the Invoice Center, assisting with delivery scheduling and distribution operations, route planning, and monitoring transfer processes, inventory management, and e-commerce sales. Key Highlights: 1. Centralized focus on logistics operations and distribution 2. Responsibility for optimizing spreadsheets and documents 3. Support to sales representatives and customers, and commission calculations * Work in the Invoice Center, assisting with the company's delivery scheduling and distribution operations; * Plan routes and provide information regarding transportation and cargo conditions; * Develop and optimize spreadsheets and documents for processes under your responsibility; * Monitor and control transfer processes and inventory management; * Monitor e-commerce sales and perform necessary procedures for product release and delivery; * Provide customer service and support to sales representatives and customers; * Calculate commission amounts for drivers and driver assistants and submit values to the responsible department; * Be available to work Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM; * Have easy access to the Barreiro region.
