Use of the SAP system for collection operations Responsibilities: * Perform active collection from delinquent customers according to the company's collection policy; * Provide customer and commercial area support, including issuing duplicate payment slips, invoices, consent letters, etc. * Execute collection-related operations and commands in the SAP system.
