Job Summary: The professional will perform activities related to the Health Insurance Forms Center, analyzing pending cases, checking forms, managing pending items, and reviewing hospital bills. Interaction with responsible departments for regularization **Job Description:** * Perform activities related to the Health Insurance Forms Center, analyzing pending cases to identify potential irregularities for form release; * Receive and verify health insurance forms, ensuring they are fully and correctly completed, and assess whether initial authorizations have already been approved according to each health plan operator's rules, interacting with responsible departments when necessary for regularization; * Verify that the forms screen is correctly populated with authorizations granted by the health plan, and populate the forms screen with newly granted authorizations as requested; * Monitor pending returns of health plan authorizations, contacting via phone or email while adhering to predefined deadlines; * Review hospital bills to confirm whether performed services were requested and whether all are authorized by the health plan; **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in customer service; **Desirable:** * Higher education in progress or completed; * Knowledge of ANS coverage rules and health plan fee schedules for medical procedure billing; * Understanding of health plan rules; * Experience in customer service within a hospital environment;
