Cristiano Machado, No. 2450 **Schedule:** 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM **Work Rotation:** 6 days on, 1 day off ### **Job Summary** A Kitchen Assistant is responsible for supporting the team in food preparation while maintaining organization, hygiene, and quality of products offered by Habib’s. Works directly in production, assembly, and pre\-preparation, strictly adhering to the chain's standards. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in food pre\-preparation and preparation according to technical specifications. * Clean and cut food items, organize ingredients, and restock workstations. * Assemble dishes, sandwiches, and side dishes according to brand standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, utensils, equipment, and cold storage rooms. * Comply with food safety regulations and good handling practices. * Monitor product expiration dates and perform labeling. * Support the team in all kitchen routines. * Perform utensil washing when required. ### **Benefits** * **VT – Transportation Allowance** * **On-site meal** * **PR – Profit Sharing** Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
