Assist in performing preventive and corrective maintenance services on the company's building facilities, ensuring proper operation, preservation, and safety of the environment. Main Responsibilities * Assist with hydraulic, electrical, painting, masonry, and general repair services; * Perform minor preventive and corrective maintenance tasks throughout the company's premises; * Support the preservation of equipment, furniture, and building structures; * Replace light bulbs, outlets, faucets, locks, and similar items; * Assist with technical cleaning and organization of maintenance areas; * Identify repair needs and report them to the responsible person; * Transport materials, tools, and equipment used in the activities; * Maintain order and preservation of tools and the work environment. Requirements * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in building maintenance is desirable; * Basic knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, and general repairs is an advantage; * Availability for operational tasks.
