Cleaning and sanitization of floors, walls, furniture, and equipment **Full Job Description** Our management and maintenance company is looking for General Services Assistants to join our team; playing a fundamental role within the condominium by ensuring the quality and preservation of our environment through cleaning, maintenance, and support in common areas, including upkeep of spaces such as lobbies, corridors, elevators, party halls, and parking garages. Your responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing floors, walls, furniture, and equipment, as well as removing garbage and waste. You will be responsible for restocking hygiene and cleaning supplies, such as soap and toilet paper. You will also be responsible for preparing coffee. Requirements and Qualifications: \*\*\*\*\* Working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour break * Availability to work on a Monday-to-Friday schedule. * Immediate availability to start. Easy access to the Nossa Senhora da Conceição neighborhood required.
