Job Summary: Responsible for performing cleaning, maintenance, and gardening services, operating specialized equipment, and maintaining vehicles and green areas. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the maintenance of green areas **Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning, maintenance, and gardening services; * Operate and drive specialized equipment; * Maintain the condition, cleanliness, and functionality of vehicles and equipment under their responsibility; * Diagnose vehicle and material handling equipment malfunctions and failures; * Replace components as needed; * Operate lawn mowers and other equipment used in green area maintenance, under supervision; * Assist in applying fertilizers and pest control products; * Assist in mowing, weeding, pruning, cleaning, and controlling all vegetation, including tree canopies and branches; * Drive motor vehicles. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed elementary education; * Driver's License Class D. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that support the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
