




Job Summary: Position to work in customer service at a confectionery shop, handling in-person and online sales, as well as organizing and cleaning the store and display cases. Key Highlights: 1. No prior experience required This position is located at a confectionery shop (Sodiê Doces) in the Barreiro neighborhood of Belo Horizonte. Responsibilities include in-person customer service for selling cakes, sweets, savory snacks, beverages, and related items. Customer service is also conducted via telephone, WhatsApp, and online platforms such as the Sodiê app, iFood, and 99food. Additional duties include general maintenance, organization, and cleaning of the service area and store, as well as cake and beverage display cases. Restocking items such as candles, beverages, and savory snacks is also required. Prior experience is not necessary. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM Availability on public holidays is required (the store generally operates on reduced hours; overtime pay applies).
