Description:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering;
* Specialization in Occupational Safety;
* Active CREA registration;
* Experience in the railway sector, working on electrical systems, or in companies specializing in electrical systems.
* Manage safety during energization and de-energization procedures of traction systems (Overhead Catenary or Third Rail);
* Supervise the application of Temporary Earthing for works on permanent way, ensuring the section is electrically safe before team entry;
* Define and monitor safety zones (Free Zone, Risk Zone, and Controlled Zone) for work near live lines;
* Monitor and audit the Electrical Installation Record (PIE) specifically for implementation in metro-railway environments;
* Develop work instructions for Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) in Traction and Auxiliary Substations;
* Ensure strict compliance with NR-10 (SEP) and NR-35 (Work at Heights — focusing on catenary and pantograph installation);
* Validate Work Permits (PT) involving scheduled power shutdowns, ensuring clear communication with systems teams and CCO;
* Investigate incidents involving electric arc, electric shock, or insulation failures in signaling and telecommunications systems that may pose risks;
* Map specific NR-33 (Confined Spaces) hazards in underground cable galleries and metro tunnels, if work in these locations becomes necessary;
* Inspect safety protection and signaling systems along the track (high-voltage warning signs, third rail protection).
