Description
**Responsibilities:**
Manage work teams, distributing tasks according to project scope and team competencies, providing support during execution, monitoring results, and assisting in addressing potential difficulties;
Develop and monitor service schedules; assess risks/impacts of service strategies; request and monitor resource and team mobilization;
Keep senior management informed about contract progress; serve as the interface between suppliers and internal/external clients;
Develop strategies for preventing and/or resolving contractual issues; manage KPIs to monitor contract performance; plan, evaluate, and control resources for contracts;
Prepare productivity indices and technical service specifications, as well as their respective measurement criteria;
Request and deliver necessary training to work teams;
Provide technical input for the development, review, and implementation of company work procedures;
Conduct technical site visits and prepare technical proposals; attend meetings as requested by the client.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Surveying, or Technical Education in Construction, Roads, or related fields.
* Valid driver's license class B for at least 2 years.
* Experience coordinating contracts in medium- to large-scale topography projects.
* Experience with Vale contracts.
* Proficiency in topographic surveying processes (field and office).
* Proficiency in AutoCad Civil 3D.
Employment type: Full-time CLT.
Compensation: R$9.000,00 \- R$9.500,00 per month.
