Support research projects in R&D Job Description: We are seeking a Junior Researcher to join our team and contribute to research projects by executing and conducting experimental activities in the Research and Development department, performing laboratory tests, preliminary analysis of results, and preparation of technical records. Supporting the development and improvement of reagents and methodologies, contributing to project execution and generation of technical data for the department. Responsibilities: * Conducting experimental tests; * Preliminary analysis of results; * Direct support to senior positions; * Performing tests for raw material substitution in reagents; * Executing tests for formulation adjustment; * Verification and preparation of documents related to R&D projects, assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations. * Participation in the development and improvement of methodologies * Collaborating with the team in executing research projects. * Strictly adhering to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed in biomedical sciences, pharmacy, or biology. * Knowledge of hematology * Familiarity with laboratory routines; * Knowledge of preparation and handling of reagents and biological samples; * Basic understanding of biosafety and good laboratory practices; * Experience handling hematological and physicochemical laboratory equipment; * Basic knowledge of technical report writing; * Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills. * Proactivity and eagerness to learn and grow in the research field.
