At Betim Química, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, with the opportunity to work in our company's **Accounting Department**.
**Main Responsibilities:**
Lead monthly and annual accounting closing, performing critical analysis of variances.
Prepare and validate balance sheets and financial statements.
Perform complex accounting reconciliations.
Calculate and monitor taxes under the presumed profit regime (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, and COFINS).
Ensure timely submission of ancillary obligations, such as ECD and ECF.
Manage accounting controls for inventory, industrial costs, and production movements.
Support audits and compliance processes.
Propose improvements and automation for accounting processes.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, with active CRC registration.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
Solid knowledge of the presumed profit regime and related tax routines.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Analytical profile, with critical thinking and technical autonomy.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience in the chemical or industrial sector.
Experience in industrial cost control and inventory management.
Participation in process improvement projects or system implementation.
**Work Schedule:**
Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Fridays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
