Your responsibilities: * Posting fiscal documents and importing XML files via search * Supporting the preparation of accessory obligations * Assisting in the calculation of direct and indirect taxes (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, Lucro Real, and ICMS Special Regime) * Calculating and issuing tax payment slips * Querying and organizing CNDs (Certificates of Tax Compliance) for the client portfolio * Participating in client service and consultative support with a humanized approach * Collaborating with the team to clarify daily fiscal technical questions * Ensuring timely delivery of tasks, reporting exceptions to supervisors * Ensuring compliance with municipal, state, and federal tax legislation ✅ What we expect from you: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (in progress or completed) * Introductory knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Organization, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines * Strong communication skills, empathy, and interpersonal ease * Proactivity and genuine desire for technical growth * Preferred qualifications: * Prior experience in an accounting office * Familiarity with the Domínio system * Continuing education courses in the tax field **Benefits**: * Copay Unimed Health Plan \- After 3 months of employment * Copay Amil Dental Plan \- After 3 months of employment * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher \+ Parking * Meal Allowance (R$40.00 per day) * WellHub (Gympass) * CEFIS * Therapy Program * Variable Incentive Program * Hybrid Work Model
