We seek people eager to revolutionize how professionals move around the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You Will Do:** * Draft and design internal communications for all company audiences, adapting them to the company’s tone of voice and culture; * Update and monitor communication channels, such as the corporate social network, Slack, marketing emails, and others. * Develop and execute the annual calendar of commemorative dates, endomarketing actions, and campaigns; * Develop and execute internal events; * Develop and execute engagement and recognition campaigns; * Develop and execute strategies for internal communications and employer brand strengthening to foster belonging pride and attract talent; * Develop and execute initiatives that promote team integration and reinforce Organizational Culture and Climate; * Develop and execute internal projects that drive engagement and strategic processes; * Collect engagement data to develop KPIs; * Perform administrative tasks and budget management for the respective areas; * Manage corporate gifts for the Communications and People & Culture areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **Additional Information** **Our Benefits Package:** * Flash card-based meal/voucher allowance; * Sulamérica health and dental plan; * Total Pass; * Flash card-based home office allowance; * Mental health support (VOLL Care); * Education support through VOLL Education; * Group life insurance; * 6-month maternity leave; * 30-day paternity leave (Our parental leave policy applies equally to same-sex couples). * Vacation accrual starting at 6 months; * Birthday day off. **Diversity at VOLL** At VOLL, we value every individual and their uniqueness, offering an environment that respects diversity and individuality.
