Job Summary: We are seeking students majoring in Engineering or Management Sciences to work in the Business Performance area, supporting strategic projects, data analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration. Data analysis for decision-making We seek students majoring in Engineering or Management Sciences (Administration, Accounting, HR, Marketing, and related fields) to work in the Business Performance area. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support monitoring of the company's strategic projects; * Conduct market research and benchmarks; * Collect and analyze data to generate insights for decision-making; * Assist in developing presentations and materials for executive reporting; * Collaborate with various departments to support initiative implementation; * Monitor industry trends and propose improvements based on analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Engineering or Management Sciences, with availability for a 1-year internship; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Basic Spanish proficiency; * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Analytical mindset, organized, with strong logical reasoning; * Good communication skills, proactivity, and eagerness to learn; * Preferred qualification: knowledge of Power BI. **Additional Information** * Working hours: 6 hours/day; * Work schedule: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with possible flexibility); * Work location: Contagem/MG; * Work arrangement: Hybrid. **About the Organization** PETRONAS Lubricants International (PLI) is the lubricants arm of PETRONAS, Malaysia's national oil company, responsible for manufacturing and marketing lubricants.
