Job Summary: Manage electrical, mechanical, and electronic maintenance teams to ensure continuous operation of equipment and facilities, as well as continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in investment projects and new technologies **Responsibilities** Electrical, mechanical, and electronic team management; Maintain equipment, machinery, and metallic and building installations in operational and usable condition; Develop "Preventive Maintenance Plans", scheduling periodic inspections and defining required work types to keep machinery and equipment in optimal operating and usable condition; Develop electro-mechanical projects, evaluating structure, characteristics, and material type, performing calculations and technical drawings to facilitate construction and installation of machinery and equipment; Define and optimize maintenance methods and procedures; Participate in investment projects for new equipment and technologies; Execute and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules; Follow up with suppliers; Prepare reports as required by management, reporting incidents to the immediate supervisor and highlighting continuous improvements in products and services; Act in accordance with SGQ (Quality Management System) guidelines, pursuing continuous process improvement; Guide, train, and enforce occupational safety procedures. **Requirements:** Technical qualification in Mechanics, Electronics, or Electrotechnology; Bachelor's degree in Engineering is desirable.
