We seek talents who want to grow with us and leave their mark in an environment that values respect, continuous learning, and diversity. **Description:** We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage preventive and operational health and safety, ensuring the well-being of our teams. **Responsibilities:** * Support corporate clients by providing specialized technical assistance in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH); * Conduct technical visits for diagnosis, consultation, mobilization, and follow-up of requirements; * Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients, communicating results, indicators, and recommendations; * Monitor action plans and corrective/preventive measures together with clients; * Deliver regulatory training (NRs), onboarding for new employees, and specific capacity-building sessions as required. **Requirements:** * Completed vocational education in Occupational Safety and Health, with official professional registration (MTE); * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and applicable labor legislation; * Ability to deliver training and communicate effectively with diverse audiences; * Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Capability to draft technical assessments, reports, and analyses; * Driver’s license (Category B) and availability for travel.
