




Job Summary: A baking and pastry professional responsible for producing various breads and cakes, ensuring product quality, hygiene, and standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Traditional and specialty bread production with expertise in fermentation 2. Cake, pie, and cookie creation and decoration 3. Maintaining workplace hygiene and organization \* Prepare dough, conduct fermentation, shape, and bake various breads. In-depth knowledge of traditional and specialty bread production—as well as all types of fermentation—is essential. \* Produce traditional and elaborate cakes—simple or filled—as well as pies, syrups, creams, toppings, and cookies, including decoration. Creativity in decoration and attention to final product presentation are required. \* Monitor cooking processes, control temperatures, ensure environmental hygiene (in accordance with Sanitary Surveillance regulations), and use personal protective equipment (PPE). Keeping the work area clean and sanitized is essential to guarantee product quality and food safety. \* Select materials, organize supplies, and identify restocking needs. \* Organize daily production and ensure product standardization. \* Be punctual and committed to scheduled working hours.
