Opportunity to learn, no prior experience required The ideal candidate should possess technical skills, dynamism, and creativity to prepare breads, cakes, general food items, sandwiches, and fillings, while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. Responsibilities: **\- Preparation (Mise en Place):** Select, weigh, and separate ingredients required for recipes, verifying expiration dates. **\- Dough Production:** Assist in dough preparation, including mixing, kneading, and shaping of breads and other products. **\- Baking:** Operate ovens, control temperatures, and bake products. **\- Cleaning and Organization:** Maintain cleanliness of utensils, machinery (mixers, molders), and the work environment, following sanitary surveillance regulations. **\- Finishing:** Decorate cakes, package, and label finished products for display at the counter. **\- Inventory Control:** Assist in receiving, verifying, and properly storing supplies. \- Ensure all food and other items are stored correctly; \- Clean work areas; Employment Type: Full-time CLT or Apprentice Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * No prior experience required; only willingness to wake up early and learn Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Apprentice Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
