Requirements: experience in construction work and completed high school Activities: \- Perform masonry and carpentry services, including maintenance and repair of ceilings, gutters, floors, walls, and tiles, as well as repair of cracks and fissures, to maintain the structural integrity of the building. \- Perform painting services on masonry in general, reinstallation of mosaic tiles, sealing of gaps and joints, and surface waterproofing, to preserve the aesthetic and functional appearance of the facilities. \- Perform hydraulic repairs, including unclogging drains, sinks, and toilets, and replacing valves, pumps, and faucets, to ensure proper operation of the water and sewage systems. \- Perform basic electrical maintenance, including installation of lighting equipment, and replacement of light bulbs and switches, to ensure low-voltage electrical safety and comfort. \- Replace equipment (such as simple air-conditioning units and complete luminaires) and filters (for air-conditioning and other systems), to ensure proper operation of comfort and utility systems. \- Assemble machinery and furniture, and adjust doors and windows, to ensure functionality and proper use of assets.
