A multinational company operating in concessions is seeking a Benefits Analyst. ### **Key Responsibilities**
* Administer corporate benefits, including health and dental insurance, meal vouchers, food vouchers, transportation vouchers, life insurance, private pension plans, and other programs;
* Perform enrollments, terminations, and registration updates, ensuring compliance with established deadlines;
* Conduct monthly benefit closings, including invoice verification, reconciliation of discrepancies, and submission of data to payroll;
* Prepare cost, utilization, and claims reporting and analytics to support HR decision-making;
* Serve as the focal point for interactions with providers, brokers, and vendors;
* Provide support and guidance to employees and managers, addressing inquiries and offering assistance regarding benefits;
* Support onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, and internal transfers;
* Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization;
* Participate in projects related to benefit reviews, enrollment campaigns, and contract renewals;
* Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and LGPD guidelines.
### **Technical Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Human Resources, People Management, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields.
### **Experience**
* Prior experience administering benefits in medium- or large-sized companies;
* Experience with benefit closing, data verification, and analysis;
* Experience managing relationships with providers, brokers, and vendors.
### **Technical Knowledge**
* Intermediate to advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, and database handling);
* Experience with HR/ERP systems (LG lugar de gente preferred);
* Knowledge of labor law, social security regulations, and ANS guidelines;
* Familiarity with integration between HR systems, payroll systems, and provider portals.
