Job Summary: Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst responsible for financial modeling, due diligence, and preparation of executive materials in Belo Horizonte/MG. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze financial statements and conduct corporate financial modeling 2. Participate in due diligence processes and support post-acquisition integration 3. Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for committees **MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS ANALYST \| FINANCIAL MODELING** **Position located in Belo Horizonte/MG \- 44 hours per week** **Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** **Work Format: On-site** **Salary: We are working with salary expectations** **Responsibilities:** * Analyze financial statements and conduct corporate financial modeling (DCF, multiples, LBO, sensitivity analysis) * Participate in due diligence processes and support post-acquisition integration processes, where applicable. * Prepare investment memoranda, committee presentations, and executive materials. * Monitor market and strategic sector indicators. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in financial modeling; * Availability to work on-site in BH/MG.
