ON-SITE POSITION Location: BR 381, No. 2000 \- Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil \- ZIP Code: 32223570 **\#JoinMarcopolo \#MarcopoloOfTheFuture \#HereWeWorkAsATeam** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide general customer support and serve as liaison with the factory on warranty-related matters; * Manage SG requests and warranty workflows; * Conduct technical deliveries; * Provide technical guidance to the warranty team and customers; * Prepare reports; * Strengthen post-sales relationships with customers; * Understand customers' realities and needs to develop tailored solutions; * Identify opportunities for product and service improvements together with customers, as well as parts and service requirements; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress; * Technical knowledge: SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Driver's license, minimum category "B"; * Prior experience in technical assistance routines is desirable; * Knowledge of bus bodywork is desirable; **Additional Information** **Additional Information:** We believe in and invest in the potential of those who embark on this journey with us.
