BRING YOUR ENERGY AND GROW WITH US! **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** · Receive and analyze information required to issue quotations within the ERP\-Protheus system, ensuring accuracy of customer data, quoted products, payment terms, transportation details, and additional pricing. * Monitor and maintain custody of issued quotations, strictly adhering to validity deadlines. * Support external consultants in their requests, consistently validating information in the CRM and tracking sales closures, accurately converting quotations into sales orders. * Ensure consultants are promptly notified—via any available communication channel—of potential new sales opportunities. * Actively participate in follow-up meetings regarding pending quotations and their status. * Read English-language materials such as catalogs, brochures, manuals, and correspond with foreign suppliers via email. **REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY** * Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or a Technologist degree in Managerial Processes * Prior experience in billing; * Experience preparing product quotations; * Knowledge of taxes; * Interaction with end customers; * Availability to work onsite in Nova Lima. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM If you are ready to take on this challenge, we want to meet you! * **We emphasize that all positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD) and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.**
