**Responsibilities and Duties** **As an IT Governance Analyst II, your main challenges will include:**
* + Overseeing strategic IT projects related to systems, infrastructure, information security, cloud, ERP, data, and digital transformation.
* Monitoring project scope, schedule, costs, risks, quality, and benefits.
* Supporting portfolio prioritization and management.
* Identifying dependencies, bottlenecks, and risks that may impact initiative execution.
* Producing executive reports on project progress and achieved outcomes.
* Developing and disseminating project management methodologies, standards, and artifacts.
* Structuring and maintaining processes, policies, standards, and procedures.
* Ensuring adherence to industry best practices and frameworks.
* Supporting governance committees and forums.
* Monitoring strategic and operational IT indicators.
* Contributing to the advancement of IT governance maturity.
* Monitoring action plans.
* Consolidating indicators, KPIs, and managerial dashboards.
* Supporting data-driven decision-making.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:**
* Completed undergraduate degree
* Prior experience in IT Governance
* IT Project Management experience
* IT Process Mapping and Improvement experience
* Executive Reporting experience
**You’ll stand out if you have:**
* PMO experience.
**Work Location and Schedule:**
* Senac Belo Horizonte/MG (on-site);
* Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs.
