Space to test ideas and exercise autonomy **Marketing Internship (Focus on Influencers & Digital)** **Location:** Funcionários – Belo Horizonte (BH) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM **About the Opportunity** If you want to go beyond the basics and learn marketing in practice, this role is for you. Here, you’ll participate in real campaigns, test strategies, and closely monitor what truly delivers results. We’re looking for someone creative, strategic, and eager to grow quickly. **Your Responsibilities** * Prospect and engage with influencers and content creators * Negotiate partnerships and oversee campaigns from start to finish * Support paid traffic management (Meta Ads) * Test creatives and analyze campaign performance * Plan social media content * Contribute to digital marketing and branding strategies **What We Expect From You** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in **Marketing**, **Advertising and Public Relations**, or related fields * Creative and strategic mindset (not merely operational) * Strong communication skills, especially writing (essential!) * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility * Interest in marketing, branding, and sales * Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation * Intermediate proficiency in Canva * Basic knowledge of paid traffic (a plus) * Eagerness to learn quickly and grow alongside the team **What You’ll Gain Here** * Practical learning through real campaigns * Accelerated development in digital marketing * Direct exposure to growth and branding strategies * Space to test ideas and exercise autonomy **Stipend and Benefits** * Stipend: R$ 1\.100 * Transportation allowance: R$ 250 * Life insurance Payment: R$1\.100,00 \- R$1\.350,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Are you currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields?
