




Job Summary: A professional to actively participate in the project lifecycle—from guideline alignment through execution and post-construction—ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Support and guidance for teams and construction sites **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service Provider (PJ) * Attend meetings—when summoned—with internal teams and/or external designers to align guidelines, solutions, and project schedules; * Communicate key information to the manager and coordinator to enable necessary resolutions and fact-based decision-making; * Prepare official letters, spreadsheets, and other documents requested by the manager based on projects and project controls; * Request and negotiate proposals from designers and consultants for developing executive projects and/or technical consulting services; * Maintain and monitor project development processes to ensure control over received projects, validation status, and release for execution at construction sites; * Monitor executive project development with third-party suppliers, analyze and coordinate received executive projects to ensure standardization, quality, and timely delivery aligned with the established project schedule; * Manage and technically analyze sales images of developments to ensure compatibility with future execution; * Develop projects and details when required—to instruct construction on specific execution items—or when projects are not outsourced to external designers; * Maintain legal documentation and executive projects orderly and accessible on the server per archiving standards for consultation by all involved departments; * Address construction site queries and requests by providing guidance via email and/or field instruction drawings and/or responses to the construction critical analysis form and/or technical consultations with the responsible technical officer and/or project reviews; * Monitor and support legalization and licensing processes when not handled or pending by the legalization department; * Visit construction sites upon manager’s instruction to verify execution compliance with validated projects and provide guidance on potential site queries; * Assist sector interns with technical questions or sector standardization matters. * Monitor and support post-construction processes related to utility providers (electricity, water, gas), public agencies, and others to ensure final delivery of the development. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Preferred: Experience in executive project monitoring and coordination, particularly for Minha Casa Minha Vida (MCMV) projects. **Benefits:** No benefits specified
