Job Summary: We are seeking a Refrigeration Technician to support departmental routines, assisting with information organization, demand tracking, and activity support. Key Highlights: 1. Interpretation of engineering drawings and electrical schematics **Since 1995, Plotter Racks has developed solutions for commercial and industrial refrigeration, operating in Brazil and numerous countries across Latin America.** To join our team, we seek a Refrigeration Technician to support departmental routines, assisting with information organization, demand tracking, and activity support. **Responsibilities** a) Customer service, technical inquiry and consultation support; b) Functional versatility and support for internal and external services; c) Operation of after-sales service registration platforms including NEO, Produtivo, Espresso, and others; d) Assistance in identifying, verifying infrastructure, and accrediting authorized service networks; e) Project handover: Collaborative action with local technical assistance and installation managers; f) Analysis of issues related to system operation and generation of resolution alternatives; g) Direct on-site problem resolution; h) Analysis and validation of parts warranty; i) Interpretation of executive project documentation, layout, piping routes, pipe diameters, and refrigeration system components; j) Interpretation of electrical schematics and equipment flowcharts. **Requirements:** Technical course in Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering; Strong communication skills; Willingness to travel; Valid driver's license. **Preferred Qualifications:** Familiarity with NEO, Produtivo, and Espresso platforms; Experience in report writing.
