Technical support to producers and development of demonstration areas **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor \- PJ * Conduct visits for new customer prospecting; * Prepare, issue, and negotiate sales proposals; * Attend to and clarify customer inquiries; * Monitor sales performance indicators; * Identify customer trends and needs; * Promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum satisfaction; * Perform activities related to negotiation and product demonstration; * Negotiate with producers while providing technical support; * Develop demonstration areas, contributing to grain crop planning and monitoring, field days, and variety competition trials; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the position. **General Responsibilities:** * Adhere to company occupational health and safety and information security policies (use of PPE); * Comply with applicable laws, regulations, procedures, and internal bylaws; * Propose process improvements; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Use company-provided financial resources rationally. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Agronomy. * Prior commercial experience (Sales) required. **Benefits:** Commissions, Company Vehicle
