




Job Summary: The professional will assist the collections team by performing administrative tasks, analyzing performance metrics, organizing documents, and providing customer service. Chance to develop communication and negotiation skills Provide support to the collections team. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform administrative tasks, Analyze departmental performance metrics; Organize documents; Review contracts; Conduct searches and inquiries on credit reporting platforms; Perform reconciliations, submissions, and analysis of customer and employee delinquency; Respond to customer requests from SAC (Customer Service Center) or stores regarding payment negotiations; Verify updates to registration data in SPC/SERASA; Verify information requested by stores related to the collections area; Assist in executing departmental action plans; Approve and verify amnesty history; Perform other duties pertinent to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Management Processes, or related fields; Proficiency in Excel; Experience in customer service; Strong communication skills; Negotiation skills. **Additional Information** Business hours from Monday to Saturday.
