Schedule:** Business hours About the Opportunity Bendita Mão is seeking an **External Sales Representative** to strengthen our market presence and expand relationships with our customers. We are looking for a communicative, proactive, results-oriented individual who enjoys fieldwork and building commercial partnerships. Main Responsibilities * Prospect new customers in Chapecó and surrounding areas; * Conduct commercial visits to markets, supermarkets, grocery stores, and other establishments; * Present Bendita Mão’s product portfolio; * Negotiate orders, commercial terms, and follow up on sales closure; * Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers; * Identify opportunities for market expansion and development; * Monitor customer stock levels and suggest replenishment when necessary; * Follow assigned visit routes and record commercial information; * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent service. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Experience in external sales; * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; * Organizational and disciplinary skills for managing a customer portfolio; * Familiarity with the Chapecó region is a plus; * Valid driver’s license (Category B); * Availability for travel.
