Our commitment to responsible and sustainable development is a fundamental part of our DNA. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure efficiency and safety in the manual cleaning process of the continuous press; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace in workshop areas; * Operate mechanical measuring instruments; * Perform scheduled weekly tasks; * Replace parts and perform minor repairs on equipment; * Complete work permit and PCEP requests; * Request maintenance orders for all tasks; * Adjust mechanical components and align equipment; * Record inspections for scheduling preventive and annual maintenance; * Participate in equipment development and improvements; * Assist in procedures to achieve production line efficiency and availability; * Ensure proper completion of maintenance orders; * Manage a pre-determined area, being responsible for its smooth operation; * Ensure the proper functioning of maintenance control systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Company and departmental standards and procedures * Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * NR 12 \- Safety in Machinery and Equipment Operations * NR 33 \- Confined Spaces * NR 35 \- Work at Heights * Mechanical Technician * Basic English (desirable) * Metrology * Hydraulic Drawing Interpretation (desirable) * Pneumatics and Hydraulics (desirable) * Electric Welding (desirable) * Oxyacetylene Welding (desirable) * Preventive and Corrective Maintenance * Lubrication (desirable) * Welding of Metal Belts (desirable) * Knowledge of overhead crane operation **Additional Information** **Here you will find:** Life Insurance; Healthcare/Farmacy Card; Meal Voucher / Attendance Bonus; Chartered Transportation; On-site Cafeteria; PLR (Profit or Results Sharing); Education Assistance per company policy.
