Check what we’re seeking for the **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** position: * Completed technical course in Electrotechnology, Electroelectronics, or Electromechanics. So, what will your responsibilities be in the **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** role? Conduct periodic inspections of machines, equipment, electrical panels, and company facilities; Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, with primary focus on electrical systems, electromechanical systems, and industrial installations; Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out repairs, adjustments, and component replacements; Assemble, inspect, organize, and correct electrical panels, electrical networks, circuits, and control systems; Perform adjustments, alignments, lubrication, cleaning, and testing according to maintenance plans and technical recommendations; Install machines, equipment, and electrical systems, monitor initial operation, and perform necessary adjustments; Disassemble, repair, or replace damaged components—including mechanical support such as simple fabrication, finishing, and assembly of parts; Conduct more complex diagnostics using advanced tools and technical knowledge; Properly tag equipment undergoing maintenance to ensure operational safety; Record maintenance orders, interventions, and spare parts requests in the ERP system; Support spare parts inventory management and request replenishments when necessary; Provide technical support to operators, Maintenance Assistants, and Level I Maintenance Technicians; Guide and train maintenance technicians and assistants when required; Supervise services performed by external suppliers; Plan and execute improvement projects upon approval from immediate management; Identify opportunities for enhancing maintenance processes; Prepare technical reports and keep equipment documentation up to date.
