If you are passionate about developing people, improving processes, and supporting executive leadership in decision-making, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities** Supervise all Human Resources functions: Recruitment and Selection Training and Development Organizational Climate and Culture Performance Evaluation Job and Compensation Policy Benefits and Personnel Administration Occupational Medicine and Workplace Safety (outsourced) Coordinate the maintenance and updating of job and compensation plans. Monitor and ensure compliance with labor legislation, e-Social, and collective bargaining agreements. Develop and participate in salary surveys. Support executive leadership in planning, negotiations, and labor relations.
