We seek an analytical and organized professional to handle federal, state, and municipal tax obligations for Simples Nacional and MEI businesses, as well as provide customer service via WhatsApp. At Razonet, you will join a growing team leveraging digital processes, continuous learning, and a commitment to delivering tax security and humanized service to our clients. Your daily responsibilities: * Provide clear and efficient customer service via WhatsApp; * Execute and monitor tax-related matters for Simples Nacional and MEI businesses at federal, state, and municipal levels; * Pay close attention to current legislation and the specific circumstances of each client; * Maintain updated internal records and controls; * Utilize digital accounting systems and tools to optimize processes; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:30.
