Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills We are an international company transforming urban life with intelligent mobility and technology solutions. **Responsibilities** * Ensure accurate payroll execution * Perform payroll-related adjustments and calculations * Implement and configure HR systems * Develop People Analytics reports * Support audits and ensure legal compliance * Headcount management * Preferred: Experience with Compensation and Benefits plans. **Key Performance Indicators** * Payroll accuracy * Budget adherence * Benefits satisfaction * Implementation agility * Report quality **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Advanced / fluent English * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience * Expertise in payroll, benefits, and People Analytics * Knowledge of HR systems (Senior system preferred) * Advanced Excel, Power BI (preferred). **Desired Profile** * Organized, analytical, and proactive * Strong communication skills * Ethics in handling confidential data.
