Production of technical content and delivery of training Your main responsibilities include: * Performing technical diagnostics and supporting commercial opportunities; * Acting as technical support for sales, marketing, and customers; * Preparing technical reports and identifying retrofit and upgrade opportunities; * Producing and supporting technical content (articles, videos, and digital materials); * Delivering in-person and online technical training; * Accompanying strategic technical visits and in\-company workshops; * Collecting and analyzing field technical data and updating the CRM; * Suggesting continuous improvements for greater departmental efficiency; * Collaborating on organizing and standardizing departmental activities; * Providing support for other departmental requests as needed; * Complying with the company's institutional guidelines.
