Job Summary: Conduct external door-to-door sales and point-of-sale sales with personalized service to identify customer needs and present health plan solutions, overseeing the entire sales process. Participation in events and promotional activities Your Responsibilities: * Conduct external sales, including door-to-door visits and point-of-sale customer service. * Provide personalized and empathetic service, highlighting the benefits and differentiators of our plans. * Identify customers' needs and present solutions best suited to those requirements. * Participate in events and promotional activities to promote Plano Prever's health plans. * Monitor the sales process from initial contact through to closing and post-sales, ensuring customer satisfaction.
