Proactive mindset and positive attitude toward daily challenges We are looking for a Logistics Operations Assistant to join our team providing services to **MERCADO LIVRE** in **CHAPECÓ** (with real opportunities for permanent hiring by Mercado Livre). This is a dynamic role requiring commitment, agility, and strong teamwork skills. As a Shipping Representative, you will be essential in ensuring our shipping processes are efficient and all deadlines are met. Your responsibilities include: * Receiving, sorting, preparing, and dispatching orders at the distribution center; * Supporting drivers and freight carriers while adhering to safety procedures; * Maintaining cleanliness and good condition of work tools; * Conducting counts and inventories; * Actively participating in the safety culture by attending meetings, trainings, and complying with regulations. * We highly value agility and adaptability, so it is essential that you possess a proactive mindset and a positive attitude to face daily challenges. Additionally, this role requires standing for extended periods; therefore, good physical stamina and readiness for a fast-paced environment are important.
