




Job Summary: A professional responsible for conducting tests and inspections on parts and production processes, ensuring product quality and compliance with company standards. Key Highlights: 1. Perform destructive and non-destructive testing on parts. 2. Monitor scrap reduction and process improvements. 3. Ensure product quality in accordance with company standards. Conduct relevant tests on parts and production processes, and record test results to ensure products are manufactured within the company's quality standards. * Inspect parts by consulting specific procedures and recording information on forms, checklists, reports, etc.; * Perform destructive and non-destructive tests/analyses on parts; * Determine the disposition of parts or batches of parts based on inspection results; * Understand and be familiar with the production process; * Monitor Scrap Reduction and Process Improvements with a focus on Cost Reduction; **Requirements** * Technical education in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering, currently pursuing or completed; * Prior experience in quality inspection is desirable; * Basic knowledge of metrology (e.g., use of calipers, tape measures, micrometers, and other instruments); * Knowledge of quality control and visual inspection; * Familiarity with completing non-conformance reports; * Availability to work the 2nd shift; **Benefits** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Utilcard Benefit Card * Meal Allowance * Profit-Sharing Program * Recreational Activities * Payment on the 1st business day of each month * Day Off If you identify with this opportunity, join our team!!
