Check out what we’re seeking for the MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN position: Completed technical course in Electrotechnology, Electroelectronics, or Electromechanics. So, what will you actually do? Perform basic and periodic inspections on company machines, equipment, and facilities; Carry out simple preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, and physical infrastructure; Assist in identifying electrical and mechanical failures, performing repairs and component replacements; Support assembly, inspection, and organization of electrical panels, electrical networks, and circuits; Perform adjustments, alignments, lubrication, cleaning, and testing according to maintenance plans and technical instructions; Assist in installing machines, equipment, and electrical systems, monitoring initial operation; Conduct disassembly, repair, or replacement of simple components, including support in basic mechanical tasks; Support more experienced technicians in more complex maintenance activities; Properly tag equipment undergoing maintenance to ensure operational safety; Record maintenance orders and completed activities in the ERP system; Assist in organizing spare parts inventory and report replenishment needs; Provide technical support to operators and the team; Monitor activities performed by external suppliers when requested; Operate forklifts when necessary; **And to make it even better, our benefits include:** Food basket; Health insurance plan; Meals provided at the workplace; School kit for employees’ children; Baby kit for employees expecting a child; Internal personal development programs; Birthday gift; Feedback-oriented culture; Profit-sharing program (PLR). **CLT employment, Monday to Friday:** **Business hours:** 7:40 AM to 5:28 PM If you identify with our culture and meet the requirements, come build an outstanding career with us!
